Terms of Service

Welcome to Sendit. By accessing or using our email infrastructure, webmail services, and APIs (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptable Use Policy (Strict Anti-Spam)

Sendit is designed for professional business communication and transactional application emails. You agree not to use the Services to:

  • Send unsolicited bulk email (SPAM).
  • Distribute malware, phishing attempts, or engage in any fraudulent activity.
  • Violate the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, or any other applicable anti-spam or privacy legislation.

Violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination without a refund and permanent blacklisting of your domains.

2. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We guarantee a 99.99% uptime for our core mail routing infrastructure. In the event we fail to meet this SLA in a given billing month, eligible Enterprise customers may request a prorated credit toward their next billing cycle. This SLA does not apply to scheduled maintenance (which will be announced at least 48 hours in advance).

3. Data Ownership & Privacy

You retain full ownership of all data, emails, and contacts transmitted through Sendit. Unlike consumer email providers, we do not scan your emails for advertising purposes. Our access to your data is strictly limited to automated routing, spam filtering, and providing customer support upon your explicit request.

4. Billing and Cancellation

Services are billed on a subscription basis (monthly or annually). You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Admin Dashboard. Upon cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow for off-boarding before being permanently deleted from our servers.

5. Limitation of Liability

Sendit provides its services "as is." In no event shall Sendit, its directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to lost profits or data loss.
