Privacy Policy
At Sendit, privacy is not an afterthought—it is the foundation of our product. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. We will never sell your personal information or scan your email content for advertising.
1. Information We Collect
To provide our services, we collect the following types of information:
- Account Information: Name, email address, billing details, and company information provided during registration.
- Infrastructure Data: Server configurations, IP addresses, SMTP/IMAP credentials (which are heavily encrypted at rest), and domain records.
- Telemetry & Logs: Real-time metadata regarding email delivery (sender, recipient, timestamps, delivery status) to provide you with analytics and debugging tools.
2. How We Handle Your Email Content
Your inbox is your private property. Sendit employs strict end-to-end processing standards. The contents of your emails (body text and attachments) are processed solely for the purpose of transmitting them to their destination and providing webmail display. We do not read, mine, or train AI models on your private communications.
3. Data Security Measures
We implement enterprise-grade security protocols, including:
- AES-256 encryption for data at rest, including database backups and stored credentials.
- TLS 1.3 for all data in transit.
- Strict internal access controls (SOC2 compliance standards) ensuring our staff cannot access your inbox without explicit, temporary cryptographic permission granted by you for support purposes.
4. Third-Party Sub-processors
We use carefully vetted infrastructure partners (such as AWS, Google Cloud, TAG&HOST, or DigitalOcean) to ensure reliable, secure, and high-performance hosting for your data.
5. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
Depending on your location, you have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You can perform most of these actions directly within the Sendit Admin Console. For full data deletion requests, please contact our privacy team.
